Since 2021, we have trained over 800 students in longform improv, musical improv, stand-up, comedy writing, storytelling, clowning, acting, and more. We have produced over 500 hours of original comedy performances online and on stages in Philadelphia and Indianapolis.

    This includes our small admin team, event staff, website maintenance, subscription payments, and all the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps the lights on.

    We strive to create an experience that is inclusive and affordable for all. Everyone should get to experience the benefits and fun of a Crossroads class.

  • Affordable Tickets

    Most of our shows are pay what you want, and we want to keep it that way. Reasonable base prices, discounts, and pay-what-you-can tickets mean no one has to miss out.

  • Community Partnerships

    We routinely partner with museums, libraries, small businesses, and other nonprofit organizations at a reduced rate for performances and workshops. Your donation lets us keep doing that while still taking care of our performers and staff.

  • Crossroads Indy Home

    We love the venues we rent from, but having our own accessible, affordable home is the single biggest thing that would help us grow. (More on that below!)

HELP CROSSROADS FIND A HOME IN INDY

We love all the venues we rent from, but we would be absolutely over the moon to have our own place: a home base for classes, shows, and community. It’s the single biggest thing that would help us grow.

We’re not rushing into anything. The space has to be accessible to all and affordable. We’re a nonprofit, but nothing about that means we can’t be successful. (And yes, we will happily accept donations in the form of entire buildings.)

Yes! Crossroads Comedy Theater is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 99-2075241), so your gift is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Give Lively, our donation platform, emails your receipt as soon as your gift goes through. Card donations are receipted almost instantly; bank transfers and donor-advised fund gifts are receipted once the payment clears. Keep it for your tax records.
